Farhan Naqvi completed his undergraduate studies - on an entrance scholarship - from York University, in Toronto, Canada. While studying in Canada, Farhan received the prestigious distinction of being a Merit graduate and an Ontario Scholar - titles bestowed only upon those who are among the top of their class academically.
Farhan earned his Juris Doctor law degree, cum laude, from the University of Arizona College of Law. He was the recipient of the Dean's Academic Achievement Award Scholarship and served as member of the College of Law Executive Committee. Farhan also gained extensive trial advocacy training as a member of the Child Advocacy Clinic, where he represented children who were victims of abuse.
In 2001, Farhan was selected for a prestigious externship with the Honorable Stephen M. McNamee, former Chief Judge for the United States District Court, District of Arizona. During this time, Farhan drafted opinions, and was published.
Prior to representing personal injury victims, Farhan worked as an insurance defense attorney, representing insurance companies and some of the largest corporations in America. Farhan soon realized that his true passion was representing the actual victims of someone else's carelessness. It was then that he joined Nevada's largest Personal Injury law firm. Between 2004 and 2008, Farhan personally litigated countless hundreds of cases. Farhan's efforts litigating, arbitrating, and mediating cases resulted in compensation to clients totaling in the millions of dollars.
Farhan's work over the years has earned him an esteemed reputation, which is in line with his core values. He provides each client with unprecedented customer service. He pays attention to the details of each case - big or small. He out-prepares and out-works the other side. And he does not leave the courtroom or the negotiation table without knowing that all avenues have been exhausted to get every last penny for his clients. Farhan is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Nevada. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Nevada Justice Association, and the Clark County Bar Association.
